Glenallen School, located at 7 Allen Street Glen Waverley, in the eastern suburban residential area of Melbourne Australia, was purpose built to meet the educational and mobility needs of students who have a physical disability and/or health impairment requiring paramedical services.

Current students have complex needs and often multiple disabilities. Students' disabilities include Cerebral Palsy, Rett Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy and Spina Bifida. In a number of instances the aetiology of the disability is unknown. There is a wide range of intellectual ability across the school.
